All of the art quilts on this website are created with my own hand dyed and painted fabrics.  I use Procion dyes with either a direct application of dye or a low water immersion method.  The headers for each page give you a glimpse into the many textures and colors I can create starting with a piece of white cloth.  I believe these pieces of cloth contribute significantly to my creative expression.
